Sands Fridge Lines provides refrigerated transport services across Western Australia for a range of goods that need to be kept at chilled or frozen temperatures.
The fleet delivers anything from eggs and lettuce through to full pallets of frozen goods.
TRANSPORT
All refrigerated trailers are fitted with Thermo King or Carrier cooling refrigerated units, which can be set to temperatures varying from -20C to +20C. Automatic tracking readings backed up by manual recorded observations ensure temperature integrity and compliance with cold chain requirements.
This is key, as all foods have different temperature requirements, and anything frozen needs to remain at minus 18 degree Celsius, while most chillers travel at -3 to -5 degrees Celsius. Sands also has the capacity to vary this for temperature sensitive produce and goods that need to be transported at 13 degrees Celsius.
